Service Provision Terms and Conditions

Please note all the below charges and fees are discussed upfront with you the customer, there are no hidden fees if something needs to be done we will let you know in advance or provide you with a quote. We are transparent with all our customers.

-Roof High Pressure Cleaning

- 2.1 To pressure clean your roof, we need to check that the pointing is not cracked, and any old sealed tiles should be replaced. Applying high-pressure water and walking on the tiles can cause cracks. It is the owner's responsibility to have spare tiles available on-site for the clean. We recommend having 10 spare tiles.

- 2.2 During roof pressure cleaning, water may leak between the sheets or tiles. We are not responsible for any water damage to your property during this process.

- 2.3 When cleaning your roof, heavy lichen may leave black marks or stains, especially on clay tiles. We recommend sealing and painting in these cases or replacing the tiles.

- 2.4 WA Pressure Wash cleans roofs at 3000+ PSI. Using higher pressure can cause severe water ingress, tile damage, and removal of tile glazing.

- 2.5 WA Pressure Wash will attempt to make any approved repairs in a timely manner. However, please note that no repairs can be made in the rain during winter. If you wish to cancel your work order, a cancellation fee for callouts and material costs will apply.

- Gutter Cleaning

- 1.0 While cleaning your gutters, steep roofs, excessively full gutters, large roofs, or gutter guards are not included in the standard charge and will incur an additional fee. For single-story properties, the standard rate between $229-$349+GST is final, no additional charges will incur unless otherwise additional works need to be carried out or customer requests additional works. For double-story properties, the standard rate is between $399 - $699+GST, which includes before and after photos.

- 1.1 If you decide not to have all your gutters cleaned once we arrive, you will still be billed for the full gutter cleaning charge.

- 1.2 If WA Pressure Wash damages your property, we will make efforts to repair it promptly and reasonably. However, this will be at the discretion of the insurance company.

- 1.3 When cleaning your gutters, a small amount of mud and debris may be left behind, particularly in tight corners or tile/sheet overlaps. We thoroughly clean the gutters and run a gutter vacuum over all standard gutters, taking photos, but this is not a detailed cleaning service—its purpose is to prevent blockages and leaks.

- 1.4 If a gutter or downpipe is accidentally missed or another service-related issue arises, we will send someone back to rectify it free of charge. Refunds are not normally provided, and this is at our discretion. If you resolve the issue by yourself or with another contractor without allowing us to assess the problem first, no refund or free rectification will be issued.

- 1.5 Occasionally, WA Pressure Wash may miss a lower blockage in a downpipe. Although rare, lower blockages may occur in the elbow transition. We strive to remove debris from downpipes and flush them where necessary, but lower blockages may still be missed, even when flushing with a hose.

- 1.6 If your roof is covered in debris, WA Pressure Wash will clean approximately half a meter of roofline from heavy debris along the edge of the gutter system. Cleaning the entire roof requires a separate job and quote. Please note that future rains may wash roof debris into your gutters.

- 1.7 In cases related to points 1.3, 1.4, or 1.5, WA Pressure Wash accepts no responsibility for stormwater damage, overflows, or leaks to the property. We clean your gutters to the best of our ability, but this is not a leak-guaranteed service.

- 1.8 If your property has gutter guards, our standard price includes cleaning over the top of the guards. Removing and reinstalling the guards for cleaning underneath will incur an additional fee. Permanent, bolted-down gutter guards will require a significant extra charge.

- 1.9 If your property includes an alfresco area, patio, or granny flat, cleaning these will be an additional charge, as the standard rate covers only the primary house gutters.

- 2.0 A roof audit and images will only be provided if your property requires repairs or maintenance.
